Please note the colours used on our website may vary slightly depending on a number of factors including your computer setting.  The descriptions under the product are as accurate as can be.

Delivery options and shipping costs

Delivery costs are to the UK only.  For delivery charges to any other country, please contact us using the contact form for prices

 All orders are shipped from the UK. Delivery is made with Royal Mail or UPS as indicated in the checkout.


We sincerely hope you love using your Aremti products. However, should you find a product is damaged, please contact us via the online contact form.  Returns and refunds are solely at the discretion of Aremti Skincare Ltd.

UK Orders

We only dispatch orders Monday – Friday. We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Orders received before noon will be dispatched the same day. We cannot guarantee orders received after noon will be dispatched the same day.

Any order received after noon on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday, excluding Bank Holidays  (the next working day)

UK Standard Delivery  typically takes 2-4 working days.

We also offer a Next Working Day service in the UK  (Working Days Mon – Friday).

We reserve the right to amend any of the details, including Terms and Conditions in this website.


We reserve the right to alter the prices of our products from time to time.  We are now living in unprecedented times and the cost of natural ingredients and postage is constantly fluctuating.

Lost orders

If your delivery is late, then we will have to wait 28 days before we can officially call the parcel lost. Once the 28 days have passed we will then post out another parcel or  refund your money. To make a claim for a lost parcel please claim within ten working days after the 28 days have passed.
